Tree Talk is where I think out loud about growth.

Career growth. Personal growth. The uncomfortable kind. The “I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m doing it anyway” kind.

I’ve been a D2 athlete, a fraternity president (twice), a college mascot, a small business owner, and now I work in staffing. None of it followed a perfect plan. Most of it happened because I said yes to something I wasn’t fully prepared for or something I was super scared of doing.

This blog isn’t about me — it’s about the lessons inside the experiences. If something I’ve lived through helps you navigate your own pivot, risk, or next step, then it’s worth writing.
